6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

THE KICKS CENTRAL is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being handed over to the shipping carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact their local courier or postal service directly.

In cases of lost shipments, we may assist in submitting a claim with the courier; however, a successful resolution cannot be guaranteed.


7. Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
